We build brand-first, conversion-obsessed websites that load fast and rank well. You'll work across Astro, Next.js, Shopify and headless builds, turning design into pixel-accurate, performant front-ends.
We care about Core Web Vitals, accessibility and clean code. If you take pride in a 100 Lighthouse score and a sub-2-second LCP, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Build responsive, accessible front-ends in Astro, Next.js and Shopify
- Hit performance budgets — Core Web Vitals and sub-2-second load times
- Collaborate with designers and the SEO team on technical foundations
- Integrate sites with CRMs, analytics and payment tools
- Ship in weekly cycles with clean, reviewable PRs
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in front-end development with modern JS frameworks
- Strong HTML, CSS and TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience with Astro, Next.js/React or Shopify (Liquid)
- A portfolio of fast, accessible sites you've shipped
- Australian work rights
Nice to have
- Experience with headless commerce or CMS
- An eye for design and motion detail
- Familiarity with technical SEO best practice
