We're a Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner running paid media for ambitious Australian brands. You'll build, manage and scale campaigns that are measured on return — revenue and pipeline, not vanity clicks.
You'll own your accounts, work alongside our SEO, web and creative teams, and have the autonomy to make the calls that move the number.
What you'll do
- Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for 8–12 clients
- Own budgets, bidding strategy, audience build-out and creative testing
- Report on ROAS, CPA and revenue — and present results to clients
- Partner with our creative team on ad concepts that stop the scroll
- Find and ship the optimisations that compound account performance
What we're looking for
- 4+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally agency-side
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, GA4 and attribution
- A track record of improving ROAS you can walk us through
- Comfortable owning client relationships and reporting
- Australian work rights and based in Sydney
Nice to have
- TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience
- eCommerce (Shopify) and lead-gen experience across both
- Familiarity with server-side tracking
