We're a Sydney digital marketing agency that's generated $650M+ for our clients over 13 years — white-hat only, zero penalties. As a senior SEO strategist you'll own client programmes end-to-end: the strategy, the roadmap, and the results we report to the board.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can lead the work, not just execute tickets. You'll have a pod around you and AI-native tooling to move faster, but the strategic calls are yours.
What you'll do
- Own the SEO strategy and 90-day roadmap for a portfolio of 6–10 retainer clients
- Lead technical audits, content strategy and ethical link acquisition across each account
- Tie every recommendation to revenue and present results to client stakeholders monthly
- Mentor a pod of specialists and review their work before it ships
- Stay ahead of algorithm and AI-search (AEO) shifts and adapt our playbooks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in SEO, at least 2 of them senior or lead, ideally agency-side
- Deep technical SEO knowledge — Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, indexation, schema
- A track record of measurable organic revenue growth you can talk through
- Confident communicator who can hold a room of senior client stakeholders
- Australian work rights and based in (or able to commute to) Sydney
Nice to have
- eCommerce SEO experience (Shopify, WooCommerce) at scale
- Comfort using AI tooling to accelerate audits and content
- Experience with enterprise or multi-location sites
